FAQs
Will I pay extra for bigger sizes?
All sizes from UK Size 4-15 ( EUR Size 38-49 ) cost the same, so you won’t have to pay anything extra for bigger sizes.
Can I get my logo printed?
Yes, for 100 pairs or more, it’s free. For smaller quantities we can print it for a nominal charge. Please email us info@rowingshoesuk.com to check with us on our charges.
What is my correct size?
For determining your correct size please refer to our size chart.
How long will it take to deliver?
Normally we would dispatch within 5 days of receiving your order. However, depending on the size of your order we may be low on stock or experience unforeseen delays. Please allow a maximum of 10 days to dispatch.
How much does it cost for shipping?
£4 for Uk per pair with larger orders over 10 pairs free of charge. We ship worldwide and please contact us for a shipping quote which is never more than $12 per pair.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One pair.
Do Unicorn shoes come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a one year full replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept payment online by PayPal (Visa and MasterCard). At this time we are unable to accept payment by Diners or American Express.
Why do you ask for my email address, phone number, etc?
We ask for details so that we can contact you in case there is a problem with your order. We do not make your details available to any other companies.
Are screws included with the shoes?
Yes, stainless steel (non rusting) screws are supplied with each pair of shoes.
Are there threads or nuts in the soles of the shoes?
Yes, the shoes have stainless steel (non rusting) threaded inserts built into the soles.
Our club plans to change over to Unicorn rowing shoes. Will Unicorn shoes be a direct replacement?
Unicorn rowing shoes come only in one hole pattern- European (Replacement for Adidas®/ Nike® Hole pattern).
Do you supply footplates?
Yes, we supply cotton phenolic footplates for rowing shoe mounting, with and without pre-drilled holes. We offer the pre-drilled option in European boats (Replacement for Adidas®). We also offer adjustable cotton phenolic footplates. These can be ordered from the accessories section on our website.
Do you supply heel ties?
Yes, we supply two pairs of these with every pair. Our heel ties are made of high quality nylon and are waterproof, strong and durable.
What materials are your shoes made of?
Unicorn rowing shoes are made of high quality micro fiber, air meshing and stainless steel fittings.
