Delivery Time

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 10 days of order placement (we aim for same day dispatch). Each of our rowing shoes are handcrafted and customized for your requirements. We keep you updated with the progress of your order by email.

Freight Charges

All Orders are subject to courier/ freight charges. A shipping rate of £3 per pair of shoes is made for UK addresses. Rates chargeable for other locations and countries vary and these can be requested from uksales@nelorowing.com. Freight charges are subject to change without notice.  Large orders can be collected from Maidenhead or hand delivered within the Thames Valley region. Freight charges are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Company

For all courier or freight shipments, we use reputable and reliable shipping companies such as FedEX, UPS, DHL, TNT or similar.

Tracking

Upon dispatch/shipment of your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with courier or freight tracking details (if tracking is available). Tracking is provided from pickup to delivery and can be checked online at the shipping companies website.

Destination Taxes and Duties

While every legal effort is made to minimize import charges, individual countries may impose duties and taxes on your order. Any import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
